Some interesting info from Sigma Lithium presentation. In next cycle producers column hard rock valued at USD $17-20 ADTV & brine at USD $3-7 ADTV with clay lowest value at USD $2 ADTV. Hard rock has proven extraction method with lower risk, brine is proven with risks associated with DLE/evaporation ponds whereas clay is high risk unproven until a project commences production.




Big difference in cash costs for different producers from as low as USD $179t to USD $1,016t.



SQM powerhouse producing over 200,000t LCE pa. Planning to increase to near 250,000t LCE pa with Albermarle not far away with 241,000t LCE pa planned production by 2025. This highlights the importance of a big resource capable of 250,000t LCE pa production which is nearly x3 current PLS production with MC of $14.65B.
