The suspension was triggered by the acquisition of the Yellowknife project. It seems Loyal had to transition from a gold explorer to a lithium explorer and therefore re-comply with a bunch of ASX requirements. This included making a small share placement to demonstrate investor spread or something. It has taken far longer than expected. Probably because of the combination of acquisition deal, the prospectus, and now the ASX dragging its feet. Was meant to re-list around the 5th of July. That deadline has passed and no new one has been given. SO hopefully the ASX are ticking the final boxes and LLI will re-list this month.
LLI is still an early stage explorer. But they have 3 great projects that look very prospective, a tight share structure and a Lithium experienced Director.
I've been holding since December. I bought in on the geology of Trieste in James Bay, along strike form WR1 Adina. They have not made a discovery yet, and initial fieldwork has been delayed due to the fires. But they've done great survey work, and mineralisation of the pegs looks very similar to Adina. I am gagging to see them in the field making drill targets for Autumn and Winter. (I wont mention Brisk, but similar situation)
Hidden Lake in Yellowknife, (the latest acquisition) looks great too, with already proven spodumene, decent 10m hits of quality Li, and only from a handful of 50m holes. Again they need to do fieldwork this season and drilling over autumn and winter. (60/40 jv with Patriot)
Some other investors are keen on Scotty in Nevada, from what I can tell is it looks very good for sediment, and should have an MRE soon.
For us holders the suspension has been frustrating, but LLI is in a strong position. Clearly worth more than the current 25mMC by peer comparisons.
How much more is anyone's guess. (Many companies stay undervalued for a long time, (LRS is a good example) and often only the flagship projects of a company get valued). For me, all the projects show great potential, but they need to get out there and work the ground in Canada, before they see a real re-rate.
If they relist next week, the MC could jump to anywhere between 30m and 70m MC, Depending on how the market values Yellowknife.
As for an SP target by Xmas, I want to see drill targets first. But any hits in Yellowkinfe that improve on or even just replicate the previous hits will warrant a big move. A discovery at Trieste could prove transformational, look at WR1's chart for potential re-rate ...BUT that is very speculative as requires a decent discovery. If LLI work hard and have some luck, they could be where WR1 are now in 6-12 months.
