They will be there for a while yet, Canada is committed to facilitating the development of this generational opportunity to mine "green" minerals. The flow through cap raises that you mention for exploration are a huge benefit (raising cash at a premium and minimising shareholder dilution). I don't think there is a huge urgency tho, PMT and WR1's results will be significant and have ongoing news for some time yet.
