the moves on WR1 and PMET are absurd, LLI is getting left in the dust. this is either due to very bad mgmt not capitalising like the rest of them on 1) the interest in li space and 2) and also the James Bay Area focus from investors and Canadian government. or alternatively the results are a duster and there is nothing hence why mgmt aren't capitalising on the hot run
go figure.
