I think Ziva Dynamics was founded 7 years ago but only acquired by Unity in 2021? for $128m.
As far as I can see Ziva annual revenue was sitting somewhere between $2m & $9m. UNT’s current market cap does seem to be very very cheap when you look at that deal above.
