This is nothing new, just like robots in manufacturing or the self service checkouts. All cost saving tools. On the flip side there will likely be job creation. Imagine a small business owner that otherwise would not have the space, money or time can now use and enabling tool (digital avatar) to operate where previously perhaps not possible at all.
