That link shows more than "a pair of glasses" in the image . You have a restricted goggles, and a headset. I just can't imagine users walking around with those on , to talk an 'image" avatar , digital human (call it whatever) apart from a user on PC. How is that workable in an outside situation wheres UNT's tech allows access via a mobile device , in the field. I don't doubt META's tech has advantages in some areas of delivery , but over time , tech companies will pinch each other's ideas, know-how , staff, coding et al. Happens to every creation, otherwise we would only have one of everything . I note the Meta Quest Pro about $2000.00 Meta Quest 3 Helmet is around the $799.00 mark, Version 2 around the $500.00 mark, so cost will also be a factor on taking up (Prices from Meta Quest site)
