    Something to ponder.

Let’s say a company chairman and his new director decide to take their remuneration in company shares. This is roughly $80k per year.
Doing this over six months at the following share prices would net the chairman and his new director the following:

    $40k across six months
    @ 2c = 2m shares
    @ 4c = 1m shares
    @ 6c = 666k shares

The value of these shares in 12 months at differing SP’s

    @ 5c
    2m shares = $100k
    1m shares = $50k
    666k shares = $33k

    @ 10c
    2m shares = $200k
    1m shares = $100k
    666k shares = $66k

    @ 15c
    2m shares = $300k
    1m shares = $150k
    666k shares = $100k

If you knew the timelines, cash outlook and were in the same position, what would you want the SP to be over six months while you got paid your fees in shares?
Would you be motivated to see it rise ahead of time?
