I suggest that NOT a single ASX company CEO would have a key or secondary responsibility in his Job Description “you must regularly reply to shareholders emails” Agree we want him putting in.

maybe these “10c by Friday” jokers should go to a Casino lose their shirts and complain to the croupier that it wasn’t fair!! chuckles

The CEO is accountable to the Board of Directors. The Board and then Management (commonly the Finance Ditector/Company Secretary) have clear reporting requirements to undertake under ASX listing rules. The market is suitably and regularly informed.

I want my CEO working aciduosly. My money is used to pay his/her generally oversized salary to run the company. Their tenure is not secure, They work under pressure every week managing and refining operations under strategic plans. They don’t give a toss about external social forums. Just got to meet constant daily financial & business challenges. Ohhhh of course - must remember to reply to Jo Bio’s request (he holds a few thousand shares and is down $500) but wants a special private update on share price not going North. Please save me.
