Something we can agree on - 800K sign-ups is misleading, what's the churn rate and average paid subscriber numbers on monthly basis? If the numbers are growing that is a positive. If decreasing off a high, retention is of a concern, especially if in the first couple of months which would likely represent a loss.
However, it is typical for multinational clients/customers to impose very strict confidentiality requirements - Ivan's hands will be tied. Divulging this info risks termination of any agreement they have in place - these companies can be ruthless. I understand there were milestones required - 3 licenses? to be able to divulge the client.
The silence on progress is what concerns me more. An update should have been provided in the 4C. Ivan should speak to this on Monday, being specific about what milestones have been met, status of the work etc without compromising confidentiality. If it is not addressed, or addressed but too high level / vague, that will also be a concern.
