I understand there were milestones required - 3 licenses? to be able to divulge the client.

The silence on progress is what concerns me more. An update should have been provided in the 4C. Ivan should speak to this on Monday, being specific about what milestones have been met, status of the work etc without compromising confidentiality. If it is not addressed, or addressed but too high level / vague, that will also be a concern.
