Gosh the crazy thing is shares haven't even hit the CR participants accounts yet.
In this market, imo plenty will be looking for quick stags, and if that doesn't happen, they will be happy to take the loss and move on.
- No director participation
- The raise was shopped around via plenty of brokers
- 249d issues
- No cornerstone
- The webinar was C- at best
- Company still running at a loss
Will be interesting to see where votes land
