There is a long leed time, so I think they will be waiting to release news on the subscription business metrics or other expected good news to boost the sp up again before CR expires.If sp stays down at 1.1 to 1.3 it might be a difficult decision to pick up full entitlement / or not.
If they can substanciate that the next 4c is going to look better in a detailed presentation, that could give it wings.Or perhaps a new sizable customer win.. Which is definitely a possibility.
