Hey keyhole, settle down, my reply was to opionator. My reference to that person was just a personal obsevation from my experience with that person. He fit that job description to a t. NOTHING to do with Unith directly, except, THAT IS the type of person that UNITH needs and I hope that it gets. BUT, with a huge difference, I am absolutely certain that that person will himself/herself, be MUCH better managed and mentored to deliver what is and can be delivered. That ad will recieve an overwhelming response, let's hope they pick the very best one. Will be a REALLY important appontment to get more of that expertise into the taem. Watch that space.
