Based on the last 4C, if nothing changes, $2M will get us 2.5 quarters. Plus hopefully there's another $2M+ coming from this next shareholder placement by the end of March. Another 2.5 quarters. If the SP inches above 2.3cents before September, we then have $3.2M coming in options. Thats another 4 quarters. That totals over 2 years to get the house in order. Actually, in 2 years we have those 3cent options, which will get us another $4M. I'd like to think at some point in those 2-3 years we can get into a cash flow positive situation and no further CR's are required.
