Yep, 100% agree. Either that or Idan needs to brush up on his ability to negotiate and sharpen deals. I think it’s a combination of both.
My experience with the bigger guys, they’re like bullies. They seem big and tough with the huge valuations and heavy hitter legal teams, but when you pull the deals or tell them to get stuffed, you actually realise they’re mostly hot air and conform to a fairer deal.
And if they don’t, you walk away and waste no more time on them. To me this is the part that is frustrating, I think Idan is their little ‘b$&ch’ and they know it. Needs to be bolder.
