I’ll tell you what also cost you market cap and dilution.
The company was offered through their mandated broker 2m at 2 cents a share plus a rights issue.
Nothing to do with Nviso (guess they needed someone other than Blake to blame ) - My understanding is that Peak just wanted a board seat which is fair for that ticket size.
Question to the Board next time you speak with them - Why did you turn down 2m at 2 cents?
And apparently there is a dispute over a break fee because they went elsewhere and raised at 1.4c.
Doubt the company will admit it but why don’t you go and confirm this with Peak.
I guess that’s what you do to ensure a cushy board fee.
