I agree with your opinion on the matter of executive holdings.

This aspect is contrary to just about any emerging asx listed infotech company which has a product that is supposed to take the company a long way past a cash positive milestone.

Rationally - if they share the same level of confidence as the shareholders that they convince to keep financing them, then logically the easiest way to bigger financial rewards for effort & execution is to have a significant shareholding. When the CEO’s shares are less than mine it does raise a concern, for me anyway. A I M O
