I can also see the UNT shares becoming very attractive to the ETF managers, as, at the moment, there are simply not enough of those players, and so most of their eggs are in a very few baskets, resulting in their prices being shot up by those very same Fund Mangers competing against each other. Diversity is a Fund Manager's delight.
And ETFs would be a fantastic opportunity for a small company like Unith to receive major uptakes of their shares and not in the hands of a few soffies or, worse, a nominees dominated funder with uncertain motives.
BUT, but, but, the guts of the matter remains, the ETF managers don't go on "anticipation", or, "potential", they MUST SEE results, AND the general market accepting the product. THEN, watch them competing for the same shares!!
ETFs are much more prone to FOMO than the retail investor. One SEES the opportunity and you can bet that every Fund Manager in that field wants the same, as, that's the BEST way to compete with THEIR rivals' results . Have the same products. How many are watching now???
