    Role Overview
    We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with proven experience in full-scope marketing of SaaS solutions to increase inbound sales meetings. Join our dynamic team to lead marketing initiatives and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    In this role, you'll lead marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech leads, product owners and management. We value leadership, problem-solving skills, and a "Can-do" attitude. We seek enthusiastic team players with outstanding collaboration and communication skills.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase inbound B2B sales meetings.
    • Collaborate with existing infrastructure, including a media buyer and external parties handling email and LinkedIn campaigns, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Work closely with our in-house media buyer and marketing specialist.
    • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI, ensuring each campaign meets its objectives.
    • Present performance metrics regularly and implement a data-driven optimization process.
    • Oversee the digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content, and paid advertising.
    • Prepare for the upcoming launch and marketing of our self-service platform later this year by working closely with our product manager and VP of product. This will involve creating and executing promotional materials, managing advertising campaigns, organizing events, and handling public relations.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions.
    • Enforce brand language standardization across company communication, working with the Creative team.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in full scope marketing of SaaS solutions, specifically in increasing inbound B2B sales meetings.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders, including product, engineering, and sales teams.
