I had time to look at the register and this is something interesting I found Last time I checked in early January 2024 Citicorp had a holding of 5,515,341 shares
in late March 2024 Mason Stevens emerged as a substantial holder with 60,482,291 shares
I last checked just over a week ago and Citicorp now has a holding of 77,129,929 shares.i would assume the Mason Steven shares are held by them but even allowing for that there have been an additional 11m shares added to Citicorp. If they were all purchased by Mason Stevens then it’s just under 1% increase and as such hasn’t required another notice to be lodged by them. Either that or someone else is buying up and this could explain some of the so called manipulation to keep the price where it is today.
