I completely agree with your observation. I’ve also raised concerns about the lack of contracts and the sales department’s making progress. Despite having a product to demo and a plugin available for users to download, there have been no new contracts in the last 10 months. While they’re building a global product, they seem stuck in the Barcelona regional market. If they don’t take action, competitors may steal their market share—even if the product is otherwise useless. It appears there’s a language barrier or a lack of clear direction and sales strategy. In my previous post, I listed leading chatbots and their customers (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/exploring-chatbot-adoption-businesses-and-their-users.8042266/). They should proactively reach out to these companies and demonstrate their products, and influence them to switch over. At the moment, posting on social media, website, twitter, insta isn't making any impact with 100 to 400 viewers and I believe over 90% of viewers are UNT investors or employees only.
