A digital human can be created quite quickly, but creation of the conversational elements takes longer because it is necessary to validate the responses during a test phase to refine the model before deployment.
Anyone with a website can throw something up in less than a day that will respond to customers, but a commercial website is going to be more cautious in its approach.
In my view uploading SOPs and Manuals is only a starting point as in the same way that you would use these to create training for humans, training has also to be conducted for the LLM.
I doubt a video of the whole process would be interesting to anyone, but I would have thought that Unith would have training videos describing the essential implementation steps for subscribers. Probably once they ramp up the marketing they will create something.
