so the “coach” is apparently not performing and we are quickly asking for his sacking. Yet no mention about the possible lack of board involvement in his so called poor performance.
Almost sounds like a sports team where the board doesn’t want to take any of the blame yet ultimately they are the ones responsible for his performance or lack there of.
