I talked to Zoe the other day, it's too slow to respond, and became a bit glitchy after several minutes.
Idan mentioned how increasing the speed of response is a top priority but until they get the response time down to where it's not a distraction I can appreciate why there would be hesitancy from potential customers.
Accuracy and speed of response are key metrics for information delivery, it would be a hard sell to get a customer to pay for something that actually compromises a key metric, I can see why Unith is targeting certain verticals where the need for a human touch may change that calculation somewhat but for many other businesses while it is this slow I fear it's seen as a Gimmick that's not worth the trade off.
