Hmmm. Check your maths...
My maths: 1.2c * 2,500,000 = $30K
I have to confess up front that I'm a small time investor, but I'd see throwing $30k at a microcap that is languishing at a 52 week low as a significant buy.
And there's not many in front of it, so if this is just for manipulation, they would know there is chance that someone could dump a million or two and suddenly they are unexpectedly the proud owner of a significant number of shares. Mind you, we get a brilliant 4C in a few weeks, and picking up a couple million at this price is a genius move.
