I could imagine gassed that there are some fund managers out there that want to buy into the likes of UNT and other up and coming small cap stocks but are restricted by their own trading policies. 100ml market cap floor could be a possibility stopping them from buying in right now even if they wanted to. So that would be a little over 8c a share. If or when we get past that price it will be interesting to watch who buys in from there.
