Certainly. Which, therefore, NECESSITATES those 1 million offers!!! Without them, there are only 6 million for sale right up to .038, and, those large bids just won't happen UNTIL there ARE substantive developments, and not in anticipation. This is not a market for in anticipation stuff. It must see black and white NUMBERS. Interesting to note that there have now been nibbles from that 1 million @ .21 and it HAS NOT been removed!!! Kills one theory. This is a genuine seller, for what reason, anyone's guess, but, it looks like those 6,829,314 are sticking around for the taking. And, I'm confident that they will be taken, not if, but when??
