if someone other than a related party to that seller places a larger buy order at 1.8 before they do them manipulation will be stalled for a while as they won’t be selling of many as they won’t be able to buy back lower than the 1.8 In the absence of that they will just continually trade amongst themselves being the price down and then pick up shares from panic sellers once the likes of GTR appear back again to tell us that he predicted back to 1.7 again
