Not a single trader here would use the strategy that seller is using to sell that amount of stock so clearly he isn’t a genuine seller, that is almost beyond question even if you ask the most inexperienced of traders. With that knowledge I find it disappointing that the board isn’t doing much either to stop that manipulation as like you say the funds from the options are extremely important to us to prevent any further dilution at prices under 2.3c so only other logical conclusion one can then draw is that the directors also don’t want the price to go up as they don’t really hold many shares themselves and possibly want another cheap raising before the company takes off to give them another opportunity to finally get in with reasonable stakes at very cheap prices. I’m starting to question the real reason as to why they wanted Blake out of the company when looking back he was at least backing the company with his own money.
