Another aspect that has not been discussed is Client Onboarding, which is something that service related businesses have to do frequently as they acquire new clients.

So for example Agencies doing SEO work or website development, online advertising campaigns etc would all have a frequent Client churn and currently it is a very time consuming process for the Agency to onboard each client.
