There's definitely a lot of offloading at 1.9 and 2 cents so if whoever it is wasn't confident of getting in lower they wouldn't be selling. Look at the 1m sell at 2 cents. I think the push lower will be soon and then a rebound possibly by end of Sept around 23rd depending on any news. IMO
