I based that on what I said the other day that the millions seller reads HC. Note that all the .020s haave gone and now into the .019s. Supports everyone who has said that the millions seller has its target to stop, or, at least significantly reduce the exercise of the UNTOQs. It's blocked all the way to .027 in case the story on 19 September might have something to stimulate tjhe market. Old tactic, you don't need bullets and bombs to win a war, just cut off their food supply.
