I see BTH has had a 20c offer. Someone mentioned 3 years ago their share price was 1.35c
This is exactly what I have been banging on about in regards to Unith. All the good AI companies seem well over sold including Unith. So it comes as no surprise that opportunistic offers are starting to happen in the AI space.
Unith is on the threshold of big things. I don't want to see a low ball offer come in in the next 6 months. Yes it will be well north of what we are but Imo way short of where we might end up.
Imo Unith needs to adopt some anti take over measures now before it's to late. Have an extraordinary meeting to approve this. Min 80c a share would Imo ward of any circling sharks for now.
