I was more thinking of the service providors getting the government assistance for the implementation. To your second point, I understand that Unith would not be eligible for AU R&D tax rebates, but Spain also has the same type of incentives and so it is unclear why we don't claim this. I asked Alfred some time back, but it has gone into the ether somewhere, so no reply yet.
