Yeah, there is this little thing called CAPITAL GAINS TAX (CGT). You may have heard of it. So, I accumulate and hold for a horizon of 1 to 3 years up and coming quality businesses like Unith who are in the right space, with the right product, at the right time. If it gets to where I want it to be after 12 months, I get a 50% discount on my CGT and my Accountant love that. You should try it.
