The Options are now also being included with the blocks. This is looking much more like vindictiveness, as it's also affecting inocent shareholders, not just the company.
Does management know? Yes!! What can they do? Not much. Positive news that will attract the, now absent, retail market should make some difference. But, it's ugly.
