If a sell order if consistently pulled before the price gets there, that would be easy to prove if you're able to see who is donig it. We're not, so we just speculate.
These current "capping" offers, I wouldn't think are illegal if they are actually sold if the SP got there. Unless of course they also have buy orders at 1.9 and are buying while they have sell orders to encorage other sellers to go down to their buys.
The selling that is currently happening on the UNTOA's I suspect are real. I think 0.007 is quite high and a good price if the SP of the heads are still down at 1.9, and probably not going to move much until we get more news. Lets not forget, UNTOA's at 0.007 in reality isn't worth it unless the SP is at 3.7 cents, and we're not getting there anytime soon unless news drops.
For us long term holders, then 0.007 isn't a big enough carrot because I think SP will be lot more than 3.7, but it's going to take a while.
