The response time for the DH is still uncomfortably too long. Rakan has mentioned that it is faster than it was 12 months ago, but how about how much faster is it since the May webinar? where the speed of response was mentioned as a priority. The increase in response time is barely discernable. Until they can make noticable improvement on this I think it will remain a big barrier to market uptake, especially in the e commerce world.
