I don't think it is correct for posters to say that there are no competitors, as there are competitors in both the digital human offering and in the Text to speech digital avatar product. They are still not mainstream, but they do exist.

This is actually a good thing, as competition makes for a healthy market place and early adopters can make their mark.

Here is one set of pricings for a digital human and also an image of the Avatar, called Cara below. The website has a good demo where you have to guess a random celebrity name in under 2 minutes by asking Yes/No questions.

She is very likeable and has a great personality and I am not going to say she is better or worse than what Unith have as it is very different. But it shows what is possible in this new technology. The quiz is quite difficult, but it is also engaging.

I found another one in the Text to Speech space and I am almost certain that it is a white-label Synthesia offering as it seems to be an affiliate promotion attached to the YouTube video.

What I did like about this offer below, is that the pricing is variable, so that as a Creator the user can decide how many monthly minutes of video creation they need by adjusting the sliders in the Creator or Business levels. I was going to share this with the Unith team, but then I noticed that the original review video came out 9 months ago, so they should definitely be aware of it already.

Certainly Unith should have been out and subscribed to every available DH offer, checked out the dashboard, seen the features available and what can be turned on and off.

I have one offer that even shows the users voting for new features (and then that is what drives the developers activity).

I can tell you that it is not lip sync or lag times, it is more webhooks in addition to Zapier, secondly face swap and then integration to WhatsApp and Telegram.

Guessing what users want is not productive, the approach that Unith is taking in having a Feedback form on the application and then deliver the features that users want to have. This data driven approach they probably learned from the other side of the business and it is definitely the way to go.

I think that it is all fairly exciting at the moment and I am looking forward to seeing the new CEO selection.

Now see how the pricing quickly increases as the user adds more minutes.
