Has Unith ever given details of the process that ensured...

Has Unith ever given details of the process that ensured Shareholders got the best price possible when divesting a portion of our holdings in Audiostack, who did we sell to?
To be in the position of needing to raise capital ( which I think they do and pretty soon ) at a time of year where EOY tax sell off and the corresponding drop in SP is pretty much a Unith tradition, it would be a very underwhelming performance by the board to offer a placement at this time, I don't think the Chairman would survive, considering Shareholders went through the pain of the last raise at considerable discount and huge dilution and here we are with a SP hitting 50% value of the last raise price.
If a party wanted to aquire Uniths remaining holdings in Audiostack at a firesale price it would serve them well and cost them comparitively a lot less to make sure the SP hovers at or near all time lows, making a placement unpalatable. The timeframe for a cash injection I believe is tight, and to have it playing out at this time of the year doesnt reflect well on the board. Have we been boxed into a corner? I hope not, but I don't think we will be waiting long until we find out.
