Given it's essentially a startup, it would be more interesting if Shmorak and Mouldenhauer had about 50% of that remuneration at risk, and tied to deliverables aligned with SH interests. And some incentive for the non-execs to see this succeed.
Personally like to see share price based targets, with a long VWAP period.
