Has the business model for this App ever been discussed?
From a revenue perspective, either the local business is paying for the recommendation or the user is paying for the App.
If the business is paying then essentially it is a paid advertising platform and there would need to be certain disclosures.
If the user is paying and this is run through a Telco, then the user will probably only pay for the time they are on vacation and the Telco will keep 90%. ... or is this a freestanding App in the App store that the user pays for?
I see this as being slightly different useage case than either Bedtime Stories or Astro VIP, so hopefully more details can be released.
