Idan has been alluding to big deals on the horizon, talking up strong commercial pipelines since about 3 months after taking up his role as CEO. And it has never stopped, if you pay attention to all the webinars and all his interviews he always dangles the carrot, implying big deals could be just around the corner, either through their new partnerships or with the commercial traction they are gaining. We have barely had any deals and none of them have ever met the requirements for a ASX announcement.
That's why the SP is where it is. The markets not waiting for more stories about how big the AI pie is, and how we are one of only a few AI companies on the ASX. The markets waiting for some sort of validation that we are actually in the race. And it's not on H.C contributors to sell this company to investors it's on the company to do what we pay them to do and seal some bloody deals, that's the only way we will get new investors on board.
The directors will be aware of the reasons we are failing to land any significant clients, so why would they risk their own cash. They will simply wait to see if we turn the corner and if we do then they will put in a resolution for performance shares.
