Cuba currently sits in 68th position for proven recoverable oil reserves in the world. Will MAY move Cuba into the top 50, very likely IMO.
Countries in the world are realigning themselves due to the Russia and Ukraine war (east vs west). Oil prices will remain high until the dust settles - the new world order evolves.
2023 would be a great time to make a global significant oil discovery. Bring it on Melbana, the clock can't tick fast enough.
