lol you have fundamental news they have begun the construction on the appraisal of 126 million barrels of oil. Do you think a stock moves from 6 cents to 50 cents in day or even 2-3 weeks before lol it’s running towards 15-20 cents on a “delayed appraisal” which is the largest appraisal in more than a decade and has a 90 percent appraisal rate
