MAY is appraising 388 million barrels of oil in which 126 million barrels are theres over 2 wells being done simultaneously and the infrastructure and production starts at the same time. Put it simple 1.5 billion market cap on appraisal that’s just fact. Share price doesn’t move from 5 cents to 50 cents in 2 weeks does it weeks before that’s why it’s running. Also that the CEO and team have already got the trucks, tanks and contracts back in place from November for production.

Heavily oversold and returning back to previous highs before the delay in appraisal (15-20 cents)

It really is this simple.
I myself have added nearly 2m to my position.

I am not some whale looking at top20 but well on my way.
