He means your price estimates, "15-20 cents is fair value" and "upside north of 50 cents". You provide no calculations/evidence to back up these numbers you're throwing about yet state them as if they are inevitable when it's just speculation on your part. It's the same as somebody else taking a more conservative view by saying "I believe 5-6 cents is fair value now" and "upside north of 20 cents on appraisal", they may be right or they may be wrong, it's all just personal speculation until more is proven in March.
