Australian REE clay producers would also come under heavy ESG scrutiny. Do not forget that.
Those companies who can produce the best ESG fundamentals will have a clear advantage. Renewables will be great for OD6 potentially which would be a big tick. The radioactive waste is a key sticking point that would need to be addresses. Exactly why so far globally ionic systems have been preferred.
