Nothing about being qualified or not, and each to their own. Nothing about big noting themselves - he just made note he has spoken to personally to management (ie. He has reached out to discuss his investments with someone that works for the company and not relied on social media and HC), any smart person would try to reach out to the company they have invested a tonne of money in to make sure their investment is sound.
